Terms of service

These terms govern all orders placed on rippwiller.com. The seller is ShowpyShop, entrepreneur individuel, trading as Rippwiller, whose full details appear in our Contact information and Legal notice pages.

Products

All garments are printed to order. Nothing is held in stock. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed fabric, and print placement may vary by a few millimetres, which is inherent to the process and is not a defect.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, so no VAT is charged and none appears on invoices. Shipping is added at checkout before payment.

Orders and payment

An order is firm once payment is confirmed. We may refuse an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Delivery

Items are made to order and dispatched within ten working days, then shipped by the carrier shown at checkout. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates and do not include customs handling outside the European Union, where any duties are payable by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

Buyers in the European Union have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy applies in full and is available on this website. A defective or incorrect item is replaced or refunded at our expense.

Legal guarantees

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity, Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and the guarantee against hidden defects, Article 1641 of the French Civil Code. These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.
