Shipping policy

Every item is made to order, printed for you after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so please allow a short production time before your parcel ships.

 

Production time

2 to 5 business days for apparel, 2 to 4 business days for accessories. Orders placed at weekends enter production on the next business day.

 

Shipping time, once shipped

United States, 3 to 5 business days. Canada, 5 to 10 business days. Europe, 3 to 7 business days. Rest of the world, 7 to 20 business days.

 

Where your order is printed

We print with production partners located close to you. Orders shipping within the United States are printed in the United States, and orders shipping within Europe are printed in Europe. This keeps delivery short and, for most customers, avoids customs charges entirely.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price shown. There is nothing added at checkout.

 

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the production facility.

 

Customs and import duties

For the few destinations we cannot print locally, any import duty or tax is set by your country and is payable by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot refund them.

 

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, at your expense.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, reprint and reship it at no cost to you.
