Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

 

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

 

Change of mind

You may return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method.

 

European Union right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the item back.

 

Sizing

Every product page carries a size chart. Please check it before ordering, as a sizing choice is treated as a change of mind.

Gift cards, and items marked final sale.

Email us at the address listed on our Contact page, with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We answer within two business days.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
