Shipping and returns
Nothing is printed before you order
Your shirt does not exist when you place the order. It is printed for you, then shipped. That is why the total time to your door is production plus delivery, and why we publish both separately rather than a single vague estimate.
Production
On average less than one working day inside the United States, and one to three working days in the other workshops. Orders placed on a weekend enter production on the next working day.

Where your order is printed
Your order is routed to the workshop closest to your address: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada or Australia. An order delivered inside one of those territories is printed inside it, so it travels as a domestic parcel, at a domestic rate, with no import duty and no customs delay.
Returns
Each shirt is made for one person, after that person ordered it. It cannot be put back on a shelf, because there is no shelf. We therefore do not accept returns for a change of mind or for a size that turned out wrong, which is why the size guide gives full flat measurements before you buy.
What we do cover, entirely at our expense:
- a printing defect: misplaced, cropped, faded or marked
- a fault in the garment itself
- the wrong item or the wrong size sent
- an order damaged or lost in transit
Write to contact@rippwiller.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We replace the piece or refund it, your choice, and you do not have to send anything back.
If your order has not arrived
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If a domestic parcel is more than 10 working days past its window, or an international one more than 15, write to us and we open a claim with the carrier. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
Statutory rights
These terms add to your legal rights and never replace them. Goods made to the consumer's specification are excluded from the European right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which is the case for every item on this site. Your guarantee against hidden defects and non-conformity remains in full.
